At Caboolture Seventh-day Adventist Church we are so excited that we get to reach out and show the love of Jesus to our Moreton Bay Community and beyond.
Brekkie with Friends
Every Saturday from 7 am we host a brekkie for the hungry in our community at Area 1 Centenary Lakes park.
Most Tuesday's during the school term from 9 am- 12 pm we have the creative activities group in the hall. There are multiple classes includiing ones for knitting, diamond painting, crocheting, guitar, scrapbooking, cardmaking, board games and quilting. All are welcome!
StormCo trips have been running globally for 30 years. StormCo stands for 'Service to Others Really Matters'. These trips provide the opportunity for young people to enter remote communities and bless them by running kids programs and offering help with yard maintainence. Service initiatives can also be run much closer to home by running things such as school holiday kids clubs.
We are proud to support Sonshine Sanctuary. Sonshine Sanctuary provides emergency accomodation for women who are escaping domestic violence. The Sonshine Sanctuary uses an op-shop in Redcliffe to gather donations and we have a donation bin in our church building which we regularly drop off to them. You can learn more about their ministry here.
Depression and Anxiety Recovery Program
The Nedley's Depression and Anxiety Recovery Program focuses on improving one's mental health through giving participants an understanding of the brain and an awareness of the lifestyle factors which may be influencing their mental health. Caboolture Adventist Church runs this program. Contact Us to express your interest and to find out dates for the next program.
At Caboolture Adventist Church we are big supporters of mission- both local and not so local! We regularly participate in the various world Adventist offerings for mission.
